These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of inflatable balloons and party decoration services from Rowoqi. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Services

Rowoqi specializes in providing high-quality inflatable balloons, balloon arrangements, and party decoration services for various celebrations including:

• Birthday parties and celebrations
• Wedding ceremonies and receptions
• Corporate events and promotional activities
• Baby showers and gender reveal parties
• Anniversary celebrations
• Seasonal and holiday decorations

We reserve the right to modify our product offerings and services at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Pricing

3.1 Order Placement

All orders must be placed through our website, by phone at +44 7415 876321, or via email at [email protected]. We recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3.3 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order confirmation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods. For large custom orders, a deposit may be required.

4. Delivery and Collection

4.1 Delivery Services

We offer delivery services within London and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order size. Specific delivery times can be arranged during the order process.

4.2 Collection

Customers may collect orders from our location at 17 Elmfield Road, London, SW16 2RL during business hours. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for collection orders.

4.3 Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, Rowoqi is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen events.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

5.2 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Product Quality and Liability

We ensure all balloons and decorations are of high quality and properly inflated at the time of delivery or collection. However, balloon lifespan depends on environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and handling. Rowoqi is not responsible for balloon deflation occurring after delivery or collection.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information and contact details
• Ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries at the scheduled time
• Proper handling and storage of balloons after receipt
• Supervising children around balloons to prevent choking hazards

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Rowoqi and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information collected during the order process will be used solely for fulfilling your order and improving our services. We will never share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rowoqi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

12. Modifications to Terms

Rowoqi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
